Funtime Xtreme

The Sears Tower in Chicago is undergoing renovations which will produce a glass “ledge” which will extend 4.3 feet beyond the side of the building. Beneath your feet, an inch-and-a-half of glass will separate you from the street underneath…oh yea, you will be 103 stories (approx. 1,353 feet) in the air.  The new ledge is scheduled to be opened to the public in June of this year.

Pretty intense. Now I want to go to Chicago and stand on the Ledge. Just make sure to give me a parachute first…just in case. Haha
